HOW IT WORKS
OakRA for last mile e-commerce and grocery deliveries
STEP 1
Place your OakRA order
Place your order for the number of OakRA containers you need. The order information will show in your unique area of the OakRA portal.
STEP 2
Your OakRA's dispatched
The shipment of OakRA containers will be dispatched from the OakRA warehouse, each container is assigned a unique RFID tag.
STEP 3
Your OakRA delivery confirmed
Confirmation of delivery of the OakRA’s via RFID will be updated to the OakRA portal.
STEP 4
Picked, packed & OakRA dispatched
You pack your goods and dispatch to your customer. An API linking IT systems will update the information within the OakRA portal.
STEP 5
OakRA retrieved
The OakRA is collected within the agreed contact terms which can include:- On repeat delivery; Next day; Driver waits; Customer chooses collection slot online.
STEP 6
OakRA ready for reuse
The OakRA is confirmed returned to the warehouse via RFID. Any packaging is recycled. The container is checked and sanitised before being put into stock for reuse.

STEP 1
Your customer's order received
Your customer orders are received by Oakland International. The information is sent to the packing line and labels are produced for picking and dispatch.
STEP 2
OakRA packed by Oakland
The orders are packed in the temperature controlled environment, the customer order ID being linked to the OakRA container via the label production.
STEP 3
OakRA dispatched
The orders are sent in the OakRA’s for delivery to the OakRA couriers for same day service.
STEP 4
OakRA delivered to your customer
The OakRA is delivered to your customers door. The customer is advised of the estimated time of delivery within a 4 hour delivery window and sent confirmation of completed delivery.
STEP 5
OakRA retrieved
The OakRA is collected within the agreed contact terms which can include:- On repeat delivery; Next day; Driver waits; Customer chooses collection slot online.
STEP 6
OakRA ready for reuse
